Ten to one Nanny Pelosi and Dingy Harry will find a bunch of reasons to roadblock Congress lifting its own silly ban on drilling off US shores. I believe it sunsets in September unless Congress takes action to renew the ban. It's then up to the Republican Senators to block it.
