This woman needs to hire the best and most ruthless lawyer she can find and sue the city for as much as the court allows. Then use the money to fund some decent people to run against Newsom and all the supervisors and defeat them in the next election.
When the interviewer asks her, "Do you want an apology from Mayor Newsom, from the city? What do you want at this point," Mrs. Bologna answers emphatically, "I want justice! I want the people to see, if my family wasn't safe, what makes you think yours will be?"

She shouldn’t stop at the city, sue the state, the feds, and anyone else she can think of. That is the only way this crap will be stopped. Either that or citizens take back their governement.
