I don't believe this story- yet. I don't believe that the NE would follow Edwards, wait for him until the early morning, but NOT have a camera ready. They ALWAYS have a camera with them. Show me some proof- not just a NE “reporter” saying that's what happened, right now it just smacks of gossip.
You don’t believe Edwards fathered a child out of wedlock? Ever hear of a paternity test?
If he isn’t the father, he has only to take a paternity test and prove beyond any doubt that the story is false. Then he can sue.
Now why would he not do that?
And furthermore, why would his friend who claimed to be the father of Hunter’s child, not take a paternity test to prove it and clear the name of his friend John Edwards? For Elizabeth’s sake too, if he could lift the suspicion so easily, prove his claim of fatherhood, why won’t he?
I've dealt with them on a story. You'd be amazed what it takes for them to publish a story. If they say they had a reporter there, they did. And it wasn't a reporter, it was a team of reporters.
