Just what we can do now if they forcibly take money from us to support social programs with which we disagree-pay, or go to jail. I utterly REFUSE to pay one red cent for reparations. First off, even if every one of my ancestors alive during the time of slavery was a slaveowner, I would be guilty of exactly nothing. Second, however, all of my ancestors were busy being oppressed by the Czar of All the Russias at the time - they had no time to be slaveowners, they were too busy trying to stay alive and eak out a meager living.
