Right on the tail of having to pay damages to someone else they were absolutely convinced did it.
So how has this man been on the radar as a suspect all this time but they kept pursuing another man?
Funny how they NOW have another suspect.
They've been on this guy's tail for awhile. Paying off Hatfill was one of the requirements before arresting Ivins. In other words, admitting that it wasn't Hatfill. That's so that during a trial, Hatfill can't (or couldn't have, since there will be no trial) be used as a "reasonable doubt" excuse.
