I’m going work on leftovers right now. When I cook, I make sure there is leftovers to stretch for a few meals.
Yesterday I cooked two whole meals so we are set for the week.

I caught up! That usually means the thread is over. Hope not. And, sheesh! I ate a whole bag of spicy, preserved veggies. That's my salt quota for the month! By the time I hit “post,” I hope I'm behind again!

I served a cold plate to the family: cured olives, extra sharp provolone, fried peppers and onions, and a crusty baguette.
And I didn't have to leave the computer but for but 3 minutes.
