I didn't exam all the booths. But we had beef in pocket bread with garlic and what looked like ilantro. Very tasty and about 70 cents US. Two of those were a good meal. Other times I had chicken, duck, and shrimp.

Our hotel was immediately south of where the booths ended. The government officials or police, couldn't tell would shut them down at night and supervise the cleaning of the booths and the handling of the food. Same process about 10 in the morning.

We had 4-5 meals there on the run and never had a problem or saw any unhealthy practices.

Yeah, I’ve been eating street kabob lately. The stalls may look awful, but the food is great.
