The first al-Qaida suspect charged at Guantánamo was today found guilty of aiding terrorism at a specially convened tribunal. These military commissions, however, have been highly controversial. Do you believe justice is being done at Camp Justice?

Repost of a poll that's still open. Yesterday we moved this from 19% yes up to 70% yes, than it slipped back to 30% yes. We can get this up over 50%.
A silly exercise? No, our national sovereignty is under assault at home and abroad. Make your voice heard.

somethings fishy. before I voted it was 36% in favor and after it was 30%. Probably not counting the Favorable since it does represent their views!

I meant Doesn’t represent their views, haven’t had my morning coffee yet!
To: Parmenio
Big waste of time - this is another obviously rigged poll.

If they were captured bearing arms against US forces, and all the intelligence information has been gleaned, why spend the money?

The poll uses cookies to keep you from voting multiple times. If you open your cookies folder and sort by Date Modified there will be 4 or 5 cookies that have “guardian” in the title. Delete those and you can vote again. I was able to increase it by 1.2% with 3 votes. (for entertainment purposes only)

I think they should be asked if they are muslim first, believe in Allah second and if the answer is yes to both, they should be shot in the head. Money saved, case closed, no discrimination.

I think they were treated more fairly than Nick Berg or Daniel Pearl or Pfc. Kristian Menchaca, and Pfc. Thomas L. Tucker and any of the other dozens of americans decapitated by Al Qeada in Iraq
