Those of us who have been following the issue on FR have known about this for a while.
The guy in the article who wants to sue all 50 secretaries of state to keep Obama’s name off the ballot has the right idea. As far as I know, the Federal Election Commission has no role in this issue.
That would be poetic justice..
I learned today, that Obama won his first election by having ALL the other contenders removed from the ballot by extensive and petty challenges to their signers or residency.
What about the other 7?

I wouldn’t be surprised if the top echelon of the Hillary! campaign have known about it all along, perhaps in even more depth than has been uncovered by the blogosphere.
They just couldn’t USE what they knew... and survive....

Isn’t the FEC essentially down for the count because of a political deadlock.
It does not matter what ANYONE does because the FEC’s doors are closed.
Hey, if this kept his name off the ballot in just 3 of these states MI, PA, WI, VA, OH and/or MO, it would assure a McCain win.
