Remember, Scalia said the Constitution's meaning had to be looked at as What it meant at the time.

The standard for President was the highest.......And probably intended that BOTH parents were Loyal Americans and Citizens at the time.

Justice Scalia also said that the Constitution means what it says. And nowhere in there does it place requirements on presidential parents.
