> McCain has no natural born citizenship problem.
Then why was SRES 511 ATS necessary?

... and is it sufficient (binding on the Electoral
College, and on Congress when they approve the
election results)?
> Both McCains parents were US Citizens.
That makes him a citizen, but not necessarily a
“natural born” citizen, which has a vague
definition, which has changed over time.

In Panama, which may not have been “U.S. soil” for nbC
purposes, and JSM3 was reportedly born off-base,
hence the apparent need for SRES 511.
Ironically, both Clinton and Obama were co-sponsors of
SRES 511. Wonder what McCain gave up for that.
Both presumptive candidates are under eligibility clouds.
BHO2’s cloud is much darker than JSM3’s.

McCain's father was a U.S. military officer ; his mother was a military dependent. Under the UCMJ John McCain was a "natural born citizen". There's no "cloud" over McCain.
Obama, on the other hand, has nothing but bogus birth certificates.
