I know a young woman who had an abortion at 18. They botched it so badly that it was 20 years before she got pregnant again. She now has 2 boys. But she still hears her baby girl crying for her at night.

It takes two to commit murder. The victim certainly experiences negative psychological consequences, the psychopath maybe not.

Apparently they have never talked to a woman who has actually had an abortion.

Wonder if they think the same thing about mass murderers?
To: CounterCounterCulture
Disgusting. American Psychological Association has no credibility. The APA also says homosexual behavior is not a symptom of emotional illness; so, what could we expect?

And the APA becomes even more irrelevant! That doesn't even make sense. HOW on earth could it not?

They believe that mass murderers have an inherent right, but innocent babies are simply an “inconvenient cluster of cells.” They don’t believe that a woman should put any more thought to an abortion than she does to changing her hairstyle.

A friend of mine nearly had a total break down when she had an awakening in the middle of the night realizing she had encouraged her daughters to have abortions, telling them it was no big deal.
She said that the fact she “killed” six grandchildren was nearly more than she could handle.
She went on a quest to ask forgiveness of her daughters and started a support group for grandparents in her situation.
Her daughters all had trouble getting pregnant after marriage because of the abortions and have suffered psychologically since.
The AMA is full of sh$t.

Thhis is the same outfit that was bullied into declaring that homosexuality is normal, so this fits their pattern just fine.

I suggest they visit a crisis pregnancy center & sit in during a post abortion counseling session.
Maybe some women are sociopaths or their conscience has been seared & the abortion leaves no visible mark on their lives...
.. but many women bear the mental scars of past abortions, and it haunts them the remainder of their days.
...Years ago, I listened to -(in a crisis pregnancy center)- a young woman who desperately wanted children but feared her past abortion had left her unable to conceive.
She was attractive, educated and I believe recently engaged to be married...
..it was heartbreaking ...
I prayed for her for the longest...
..but lost track and have no idea what happened to her...

Most logical answer so far!
