How is it weaken the party to keep a RINO from getting the VP spot, one that agreed to $700 million in tax/fee increases and passed through a health care plan that is bleeding Massachusetts dry?

Romney's health care plan was corrupted by that state's democrats after he left. Romney is clearly more qualified and capable that any other candidate out there. Unless Obama gets elected (barf), it is not usually the case that anyone from either the far left or far right captures enough votes to get elected. What we need is someone who has the mental, emotional, and experiential maturity along with the managerial skill to run the most complex organization in the world. Check the resumes, Romney is the only one that qualifies. There could not be a better Vice President.

Of course, there could be from a conservative standpoint -- a VP that actually is conservative! Romney isn't. That is why he was named the #8 RINO in the nation by Human Events magazine in 2005.

Joe Lieberman has a better resume than Romney from a political standpoint if experience is all one is looking for.
