Well, the Vatican made it all very clear in 1974 with this Declaration:

See #11 about life being sacred and which no state or man may put asunder and #13 says it begins at conception, if not earlier.

I know. I was just trying to be snide about her orientation towards these left wing groups that include "Catholic" in their title.

On the subject of conception, I think McCain’s smart pick for veep would be Sarah Palin.
First, she could pick up many disgruntled Hillary supporters. In addition, she knew early on in her last pregnancy that the baby was going to be born with Down’s syndrome. She elected NOT to have an abortion. Hello Evangelicals.
She’s a tough-as-nails governor with executive skills and great family values to boot.
Top that off with the fact that she’s gorgeous.

That’s my case. :>)
