Well, could be.

Or another possible scenario is that she would loudly tell them they are free to vote as they choose, publicly and on camera, while having quietly informed them beforehand that she really wants them to vote for her, and will reward them if they do so.

It might smooth things over with the Obamaphiles if she played the reluctant candidate, who was unexpectedly drafted by the delegates because Obama was doing so badly in the polls that they feared for the future of the party.

I’m surprised she hasn’t stated that “all” delegates should be released.

Or telling them “I’m being forced to release you”

That would set her supporters off

[I]f she does release them (which I doubt) the Puma people will feel betrayed by her as well as the party, the brown stuff will surely hit the fan big time.

The DNC never understands this. It thinks the "Clinton Supporters" will do whatever their Queen commands them to do. In reality, they hate Obama much more than they love Hillary. They will not vote for the Liberal Messiah and there's nothing Her Royal Lowness, or the DNC, can do about it.

Here’s the thing....

....you don’t really know if earth is the only planet with chocolate.

....we never thought Mars had water yet it did.

Venus....Venus is most likely to also have chocolate.

Just a thought....

Clinton has invited her pledged delegates to a reception at the Colorado Convention Center, not far from the main Democratic National Convention arena.

The night of the long knives.

“Obama thinks he’s this close to being President. He’s not going to flush it down the tubes just like that.”

He will never get past the “inexperienced” label placed on him by Hillary, her posse and the Republicans. With all he accomplished in the primaries and 8 years under Hillary, he will get experience and be ready to go. And for him, the best part about it is the William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright stuff will be old news, to be buried along with the 57 states comments, the “for the first time, I can be proud” comments and the unpatriotic American comments.

These are the RATS and they are devoid of ideas. So why not make it dramatic? This is a Hollywood production. It has everything. And we are here with the popcorn watching it all unfold before our eyes.

No offense, but that just appears to be a nonsensical post to me. Could you further explain it? Also, please don’t insult me; I didn’t insult you.

I believe the news story, also. It would explain her sad deflated look of late. She has given it up.

She is going to put on a show of unity even if she doesn’t mean it because she wants the nomination in 2012.

I agree. The convention won't be as interesting as many at FR hope.

It’s not Hillary’s call. People voted to select delegates on THEIR behalf, not HER behalf. BITS?
