If they actually are discussing a plea deal with her based on a theory of accidental death, she will never be charged with murder and will probably serve less than two years.

I would point out that Amy Grossberg admitted in open court that she deliberately murdered her own child and received a sentence of 30 months, despite public outcry.

This douchebag doesn't deserve an immunity deal. She has done everything she can to hinder the investigation into her daughter's disappearance. They are making a big mistake offering her an immunity deal.
