What the heck, I've been posting this everywhere else tonight.....
In April of this year, Sarah Palin gave birth to her fifth child, Trig, who was born premature with Down Syndrome. Recent statistics show that in the U.S., approximately 90% of Down Syndrome diagnoses end with the mother choosing abortion. Palin on her familys reaction to the diagnosis, in her own words:
We knew through early testing he would face special challenges, and we feel privileged that God would entrust us with this gift and allow us unspeakable joy as he entered our lives. We have faith that every baby is created for good purpose and has potential to make this world a better place. We are truly blessed. (April 18, 2008, Anchorage Daily News)
(Sorry, I know I've been posting this on multiple threads, but this is the only chance. Strike while the iron is hot!)

A mother should be with her special needs child...and if she has four other children, she should be with them...not campaigning, and, certainly, not trying to be a potential President.
I'm all for women in politics...AFTER their infants are walking.

You know maccaca, that speaks volumes about this family doesn’t it. When I read about Cindy McCain adopting the little girl with health problems that spoke volumes too. She said JM didn’t bat an eye but welcomed the child into their family.

Well gee whiz...thanks for setting our schedule for us.
I think I will trust this woman to know how to manage her life and family.

She has a husband and two older daughters. This is what families do..pitch in to help and support one another.

Guess what? Dad is home with the kids...

I just saw a wacked out leftist comment on a Washington Post blog claim that the baby isn't her's. That her 16 year old daughter disappeared for some time!

I think I will trust this woman to know how to manage her life and family. Yep...she knew how risky it was to get pregnant in your 40s. I know that, too...which is why I have not.

I think maybe God has decided she has more than ONE job he wants her to do with her time here.

If you only knew what the nutjob liberals are saying on a site I'm on. They are purposely trying to spread the rumor that her son, Trig, is NOT hers, but her 16 year old daughters, and that she's raising the son as her own. Their evidence? A photo of the 16 year daughter with a gut, and the fact she flew six hours home after leaking fluid.
It is absolutely disgusting. How and the hell do you respond to such evil?

Well...you were not asked to run for VP so I guess it does not matter if you choose to have more (or any) children or not. Just because you wouldn’t does not mean everyone else shouldn’t.

That’s being spread in a number of places so it obviously has a common source that is sending out the information - the Obama campaign and/or the DNC would be my prime suspects.
