That is my understanding too but I have not found a source yet. I will.

I would guess she is also very involved with Russia as to violations of coastal waters, and she is working with Homeland Security because of the ocean there. Just as every state with ports and on the oceans.

It’s a bit different than Illinois or Delaware. Not many Russian ships in the Great Lakes.

And we'll be negotiating with Russia on oil rights in the Artic. Gee, I wonder if she knows anything about that. She's just a woman, you know.
