The Anchorage Daily News reported on August 6, 2006, during Palin's gubernatorial run:
Palin said she has smoked marijuana -- remember, it was legal under state law, she said, even if illegal under U.S. law -- but says she didn't like it and doesn't smoke it now. "I can't claim a Bill Clinton and say that I never inhaled."

I am beginning to wonder if Sarah Palin actually exists. Surely she is an actress playing out a role carefully crafted by Karl Rove to point out every weakness and negative point about Obama? I have never seen a Presidential candidate have to run against a VP candidate. It clearly has the stamp of Rove on it. </sarcasm>

Sorry if I falsely accused you of trying to sour Palin to us. But the string of negative stories on her gave that impression.
1. It stinks.
2. It makes you stupid.
3. Other people are allergic to the stink.
4. Yet others are allergic to the stupidity - one of my BILs lost a good manufacturing job in a plant when he and his buddies toked up on lunch break. The plant was making tubing, some of which went to reactors.
5. The usual response? “If you toked up more, you wouldn't mind.”

actually, my intent is to show how desperate the MSM and the other Dems are getting about Palin as the VP pick. I think Palin is the best thing that McCain has done for his campaign.
I was at the Missouri rally yesterday - and Palin did great.
All these issues that have popped up today do nothing but cement my support.
Say what you will about Bloomberg, but he had the right response: “Yes I did (smoke Marijuana) and I enjoyed it!”

Let's see, her husband had a DUI when he was 22, their daughter is pregnant, she wore a t-shirt in college that was suggestive, and now we learn she inhaled a legal substance.

So what? I did many stupid things when I was younger, smoked weed, smoked cigarettes, voted for Algore. The important thing is that I’ve learned from my mistakes...especially that last one.
