I remember once seeing an album titled “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.” And speaking of music I googled the lyrics to “Head Games” the other night, thinking about the Demobama gang. The good news is, he won’t have a lot of really smart people working for him. Too insecure...

I remember once seeing an album titled “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.”

Interesting sidebar:
Last week there was an article in The Wall Street Journal about
some major bands NOT signing up with "iTunes" as they weren't
making much money from royalties from iTune downloads.

The article had a chart of how some major bands have done in this
"brave new world" of music distribution

At the head of the chart were The Beatles as the band that sold
the most "album equivalents" during 2006-2008.
Even though they've never made a deal with iTunes.

Number Two? (and never has inked a deal with iTunes)
AC/DC.
The article said that AC/DC reliably sells about a MILLION albums YEAR after YEAR.

I have to admit I wasn't totally suprised by this...as there has
been a rumor that the lead guitarist has made a killing over the
years playing the markets.
So it's not so suprising that AC/DC has never allowed themselves
to sign with iTunes and lessen their yearly profit.
