It wasn’t Rudy’s voice...it wasn’t a New Yorker. Sounded more like a Northeastern accent to me.

You probably all have the answer by now, but the narrator was Robert Davi. He is a conservative in Hollywood. For the life of me, the only thing I can remember him in was that series called “Profiler”. He was the lead FBI guy who always worked with Sam.
