Well, like I said: He calls Laura Ingram a “transgender with a cross” AFTER she goes to bat for him against the SF board of Stupidvisors. He calls Ann Coulter an anti-semite and now he questioning the qualifications of a bona-fide conservative VP choice in favor of a RINO governor from Mass. who makes Olympia Snowe look conservative.

You tell me with a straight face there isn’t a hint of misogynism in Savage’s comments about Gov. Palin.

“Koreans love her”

How the heck did the Koreans even hear of her?

“So do we now encourage all our mothers and wives to go out and run for office because they now excite the population? Seems like ‘traditional values’ are no longer valued as very important in the new McCain-led GOP.”

Thanks for wearing the black hat...it keeps us honest....in many cases...our conservative values and beliefs come from our mothers and wives....at least in fly over country.....

Experience, leadership, character, honesty, God-fearing, and above all being 'MALE' to lead the most powerful military in the world against the MALE leaders of our enemies.

Women and men are NOT created equal, it is naive to assume they think the same, reason the same, make decisions the same way. Men were born to lead, women were created to be their helpmates not the other way around.

Well yes as a woman I can see why you might want to think that, and you can easily say the same about me. Savage comes from the old school, where women had their place and men had theirs, yes a little refinement was needed but we're now in a PC deluged country run amok where liberals have successfully pushed the idea that being just a wife and mother is 2nd class servitude and women need to be so much more than that, that they can do ANYTHING a man can just as good if not better, the Repubs and now it seems many conservatives are buying into that, nice sentiments but my experience tells me different.

Not sure how your 'misogynist' argument squares up with Savage's praise of Maggie Thatcher, (a woman and great leader) and Kay Bailey Hutchinson (a woman with more experience) or any woman that he prefers running that has a more nationalist bent in her body.

Not if the mother is busy running the governor's House and not her own.

There are a LOT of Koreans who live in Anchorage. So many that Korea set up a consulate there (Japan and Canada also have consulates there).

Liberty 2007 sent me a link (which is on TSN thread) which had a story about the Korean consul’s glowing commendations of Gov. Palin.

So, it appears that she has been getting her feet wet on the foreign diplomacy front as well. OTOH, Serbians have already issued a persona non grata on Biden.

If being “and above all being ‘MALE’” is more important than “Experience, leadership, character, honesty, God-fearing” then you ARE a misogynist.

Your entire argument is that she’s an innie not an outie. Golda Meir, Margeret Thatcher, Indira Gandhi, Benazir Bhutto, Elizabeth I of England. History is replete with examples of strong women in positions of great power.

Besides, Savage himself said a week or so ago that he’d vote for a black woman if she was a true conservative. So why now the hairpin turn? Because she’s a woman?

Palin went to Iraq to review her NG troops.

Savage the wuss stands on the deck of an aircraft carrier looking like a San Francisco street freak.

The only reason he approves of Lady Thatcher and Kay Bailey Hutchinson, IMO is that they are either his age or older than him. And the problem with Kay Bailey Hutchinson is that she doesn’t bring executive experience to the table, which Gov. Palin does.

Remember, a VP is supposed to balance a POTUS candidate, not be a near carbon copy (ala Romney or Olympia Snowe) or someone with a similar lack of executive experience(KBH).

Well, to defend WITT a little bit, Joan of Arc was not a mother of a newborn down syndrome baby.

Maybe Savage only supports women who are beyond childbearing age. The only problem with that is if they wait until AFTER their children are 100% out of the house to work, they would NEVER be able to get the experience needed to be executive material.

All I know is that avg Americans in the heartland are not the same as those on the coasts (left/east).....completely different mindsets and values and lifestyles...almost completely diff countries.....the coasts do not represent the majority of the country in anyway, shape, or form...regardless of what hollywood shows or the MSM tries to ram down your throats.....so do not form an opinion based on someone who lives in these environments....we still believe in the United States of our fathers and grandfathers....and are fully prepared to defend her.....
