Lieberman was OK. He was there to capture the waffly middle, I think. I was more disturbed by the awful baby blue background in the closeup TV shot. It wasn't very smart.

I’m sorry but I thought Joe Lieberman stunk it up last night.

My comment to my husband was, "Only with McCain at the helm would you get a keynote speaker praising Clinton at the Republican National Convention." Lieberman did at least defend Palin and take a couple shots at Obama, but, unlike Zell Miller - who just didn't care; he didn't wish to anger the Democrats at him any more than necessary.

I did too. Then my 20 yo son pointed out to me what audience he was going after. He said something about low IQ people.

Lieberman is not a dynamic speaker and in that respect is no Zell Miller.

But I have to give him kudos for a good deal of guts. He didn’t truly know how he would be received, and in doing what he believes is right, he burned bridges last night.

I definitely respect him for it.

got 3 days before the pills start for “the cure”
so went and played a round of golf and DRANK.....anyway, I did,got hammered and missed ( slept) right thru the nite.
