Over the past two weeks two different OSAC constituents operating in Pakistan received threat letters, possibly as part of a wider threat letter campaign in the country. While the letters threatened that assailants would begin bombing the targeted companies if they did not cease operations, the threats remain unproven. Unless their authenticity can be independently verified, the vast majority of threat letters tend to be hoaxes.
