The real issue here though is that the Left would welcome a Muslim or any other non Christian or even non believing Jewish president.
Right on. Spot on, no matter how you say it, in my opinion, this exposed his double life.
He was admitting that he was wrong to blame McCain for spreading rumors about his “muslim faith”. He only repeated “Christian Faith” because George worked so hard to “fix it” for him. THen Obama explained he was just saying McCain didn’t bring it up.
The point is that Obama has been falsely implying that McCain was attacking him for various things, one being that he is a muslim, and he had to admit to George that McCain had nothing to do with that.
I’m with you, it seems to be a Freudian slip. It flowed so smoothly off his tongue. Those who think otherwise should try to put themselves in Obama’s shoes. Would you say it that way or would you say, I agree that John McCain has not accused me of being a Muslim? I certainly don’t think I would have used the words,”my muslim faith”, in any context.
In any event the church he attended for twenty years is not a Christian church regardless of what they choose to call it. It may not be Muslim either but it is definitely NOT Christian!
