Yes, there was a time I listened to Mathews-I thought he was fair and that he asked tough questions of all his guests including Democrats.

The day I stopped listening: the day he attacked President Bush about the yellow cake and WMD. He seemed to become a shill for Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame

Once their cover is totally gone and their bias is open for everyone to see, they have to replace the bozos with someone as biased, but with more subtlety to his bias. That’s the only way they can still fool some people.

Everyone was in meltdown mode over there. SOMETHING had to happen. But I also think that they are well past the point of saving that POS network! It’s been a total failure since its inception (I don’t even think Microsoft is even involved any more), and they have done so much damage to their brand that it can’t be salvaged.

.. and I’m just crying real tears for them. BOO FRICKIN’ HOO

Eh....someone at the top probably realized that Keith and Chris were now hurting Obama’s chances because the love for him had gotten too great. And the public was now causing a backlash against the Obama ticket because of the way Palin’s been treated.

So these guys are being ordered to lay low for awhile to help the party. Jonathon Alter will probably be next.

Speaking of Scotty boy, have you noticed the silence? He’s had his 15 minutes of fame, sold 25 books, and now he’s out looking for a real job. LOL.

It’s a small start. Now only about 75 “correspondents” and “anchors”, and several news organizations to go.

I hope I can hear at least one more of Olbermann’s impersonations of BOR.

Wouldn't it have been hilarious if MSNBC would have replaced Olbermann with Bill O'Reilly? Keith's head would have exploded.

Actually, this move would have killed two birds with one stone. Increased the intelligence of two networks (even if FOX replace O'Reilly with dead air).
