When asked if she is ready to step in and be president of the United States. Palin answers, "You bet." I like it, but it will be spun this way in an Obama ad:
Can we "bet" our future on an untested gov.?

No "ahhs, and "umms" and "ehhs". Barry seems unsure of his positions in an interview and he needs the interviewer to helpfully correct him when he makes a gaffe. If the Left thought she'd be a disaster, they're deeply saddened!

But we can remind them that Bill Clinton was also an “untested governor”, yet they had no hesitation about voting for him.

Can we "bet" our future on an untested gov.? Can we bet our future on a left-wing, untested, Anti-American community organizer?

“You bet” is an incredibly common colloquialism in the Northwest: it’s almost as if ‘yes’ just isn’t in their vocabulary.
