I think the WaPo, unlike the NYT, has an editor who wants to retain some small grasp on old-style, down-the-middle reporting. So every once in a while, they try to be fair.

You take what you can get, I guess.

No, he doesn't. He's just trying to keep more people from switching to the Wash Times, so he pulls a bait-and-switch. If you believe this story, then maybe you'll believe our other stories, too - and not let your subscription expire.
