The day that McCain announced Sarah as his VP I went to workout. The entire gym was buzzing with questions about Sarah and everyone commented, positively, on her hair and glasses.

I’ve had highlights for about 5 years now....love ‘em!

I printed this article for my barber. She and her small garage shop are similar to Jessica and the Beehive in many ways. She is afraid to vote for some reason. I hope this piece will motivate her to register and vote.

Sarah certainly is someone she should be able to vote for.

It looks like what I heard after Palin's announcement was somebody quoting from her interview with Vogue.

Palin, in Vogue's most recent issue, said she was "trying to be as frumpy as I could by wearing my hair on top of my head and these schoolmarm glasses."

Don’t get me wrong, as a woman, I loved the article. Any woman who has her hair done at a salon understands the sense of community you find among the patrons.

What I don’t understand is why this article was written at all. However, the result of the article is a very big plus for Sarah.

Once again, what the enemy intended for evil was used for good.

I “did the ‘do” today! It makes me look 2 inches taller and 10 pounds slimmer. That ‘do and my glasses now make me look like a MENSA member, LOL!
