Wow, I hadn’t heard he was sick. I am glad they got back together for one more go during Live 8.

He never got the respect he deserved. Especially from Waters. The quiet unflashy member of the without whom they made the completely unlistenable Final Cut.

Wow. Absolutely love Pink(o) Floyd., despite Roger Waters’ commie-pinko beliefs.

I didn’t even know he was sick! I just was watching the David Gilmour On An Island DVD the other day and he looked fine.
How incredibly sad this is...what a huge loss. Huge Floyd fan here...

This is one of the rare Floyd songs Wright sang on, I always thought he was underused as a vocalist

Oh, sad day. First Syd went, now Wright. Guess I’ll have to pull out Animals (my favorite non-Syd PF album) in memory tonight.

I was in the front row for the Dark Side of the Moon tour...and loved every note. We will miss his wonderful atmospheric contributions to the best of their stuff.

Guess Ill have to pull out Animals (my favorite non-Syd PF album) in memory tonight. Animals rocks, definately Gilmour's finest hour, but that album really marked the point where Wright's contributions to the band dropped off.
