Rangel voted for his own draft bill....before he voted against it.
The fact that morons like Charlie Rangel, Nancy Pelosi and John Murtha are in the House of Representatives tells me everything I need to know about their constituencies, so if I were Charlie, I wouldn’t be waving that “disabled” word around.
