I don't give a tinkers damn where they get their news.

mmm... lets shorten this and make it more accurate

"I don't give a tinkers damn."

There is no they there for you not to care about. Just your own prejudice.

DO NOT GENERALIZE ABOUT ALL JEWS. As the old saying goes, better to hold one's tongue and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Some folks just don't see the world the way you do. I would say this is because they are not getting good information, but I understand how much crap they have to wade through to get it.. and folks like yourself who think they are presenting a cogent argument but instead are just plain insulting.

I understand the reasonable point, why care what Jews think? Or how they vote? They are only 2% of the population.. why do they matter? Heck in 30 years if they don't wise up.. they will only be 1% of the population.

But, it turns out that these folks are smart, connected, and generous. They give their time and money generously to things they believe in.

Many Jews value learning and reason as high accomplishments and pursue fields that seek these attributes and this is often quite rewarding.

But there are all sorts, Jews that hang out in bars, and Jews that are Jews because Grandma was a Jew but otherwise because they aren't something else either. If you don't care about them, thats your business. I do. I love em. But I love the United States and all of her people too. Its a cool country. And I am glad to be here.

I do understand there may be one small glitch in Palin’s acceptance of the invitation to speak. She’s requested that she be introduced by David Brickner

Pure unadulterated crap. Gees.

These are NYC liberal jews who are going to vote RAT no matter what. Palin shouldn’t give them the time of day. _____________________ Exactly. I think they truly believe they have some control in the democratic party and that's why they continue to support a party who would throw Israel and American jews under the bus if backed into a corner. Sooner or later they'll wake up and realise that they've been used all these years just as other minorities have been.

J Street is the political arm of the pro-Israel, pro-peace movement.

I'd venture to say that you can't be "pro-Israel" and "pro-peace" simultaneously when you're facing an enemy such as Ahmadinejad's Iran and its nuclear ambitions, anymore than you could support the cause of the European Jewry during the Nazi era by appeasing Hitler.

We'll be back at it tomorrow, because our next task is making sure that the messages at the rally reflect the view of a majority of Americans - Jewish and otherwise - that the best way to deal with Iran is through tough, smart diplomacy - not saber rattling and threats of force.

Apparently it's not enough for this newby organization to claim credit for controlling the speakers at the event, they now wish to control the whole message of the rally. Maybe they ought to dig up Neville Chamberlain from his grave and invite him to speak.

Don’t forget that Marx, Engels, Trotsky, Fuchs, and the Rosenbergs weren’t Presbyterians, either.
Marx was a nominal Lutheran for most of his life as his family converted when he was a child. And Marx hated Jews, Judaism and Jewishness. Go read "On the Jewish Question". Marxism is the most anti-Semitic religion this side of Islam.

Engels was in no way Jewish.
The others were followers of an antisemitic faith and in the case of Trotsky, someone who sent religious Jews to their deaths.
