"Oh that Joe Biden, what a card he is.

This has not been a good 48 hours for good ol' Joe, he's done everything from contradict his runningmate to getting caught in yet another lie. "

"McCain gets emotional at the mention of military families needing food stamps or veterans lacking health care. The outrage comes from inside: McCain's severe war injuries prevent him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes. Friends marvel at McCain's encyclopedic knowledge of sports. He's an avid fan - Ted Williams is his hero - but he can't raise his arm above his shoulder to throw a baseball."

It won’t happen. First of all the story leaked out before the announcement, so any attempt to make it seem spontaneous and health related won’t fly with the American people. Second it will reflect poorly on Obama and his ability to make the right decisions if he can’t even vet his VP and get it right. And lastly, Bill Clinton did an interview the other day and said that Hillary wasn’t interested in the VP nod. There is too much bad blood there, Bills was pissed that Obama played the race card against him, Hillary was upset that Obama used sexism against her and Obama wants the spotlight to himself. He sees himself as the new face of the DNC and he isn’t going to let HIllary overshadow him.

So I don’t see it happening. ;)
