She appeals because of who she is, what she believes and what she has done. And, btw, what IS "all this stuff"?
Exactly. Her job has been to focus on being the Governor of Alaska, not train for the quiz bowl national championships.

He's only been here a short time. He hasn't yet had a chance to "learn all this stuff" about being conservative. :)
I know, I honestly could care less about the debate. I care more about competence in getting things done (which she has) than in answering questions.
However, she has just learned a lot of this stuff...i.e. Foreign affairs (which there probably will be a lot of) and the mortgage crisis. I’ve read she gave some “rote” answers in some of the pratice debates.
