He said he had gotten a lot of really terrible stories from listeners, too. I think he was after Bawney for ALL of us! All he was trying to do is get Frank to admit to his part in the failure of Fannie/Freddie, but Frank couldn't even find enough courage to do that.

I did really love it though when Frank objected to O’Reilly telling him to “be a man”! My hubby and I laughed until we cried!

That was priceless .... Frank is
an arrogant assclown crook, whose
actions have wrought misery and pain
for millions. No punishment or public
humiliation could be enough for me.

That just goes to a deeper point in my mind. I’ve been reading constantly about the housing bubble the past two years and it was clear as daylight to me, who’s a nobody, that something like this was going to happen. People buying more home than they could afford, getting crazy mortgages they knew they couldn’t pay, the banks letting them get these mortgages, some stupid investor buying these mortgages and selling them as securities to some other stupid investor somewhere else. Of course, it was going to all come crashing down - just was going to be a matter of when. Barney Frank played a role in this sure but many of us did in a sense.
