Joe Biden is The Negative One as he proved at the debate and many times on the campaign trail. But the media is more concerned about what Sarah Palin reads than Joe believing Roosevelt went on TV in 1929, asking paraplegics to stand up, and imagining he is a regular guy chatting with constituents in a restaurant named Katie's that was closed almost 20 years ago. There you go again Joe.
