True that Perot helped, but the Democrats messed up the economy with a S&L disaster that rattled during Bush #1 though the Republicans had nothing to do with it.

His administration is not responsible for the Clinton sub-prime mess from 1993, but they all scream it is Bush and Republicans.
W and Republicans need to brand all these bank collapses on the butts of Democrats.
