Yeah, but Barry was doing coke and pot back in school, and he probably had little time for history, or current events.
Years later, when he got his political shove from Ayers, Barack didn’t have the means to go around investigating any and all of his associates. I mean, it’s not like he was a lawyer or anything, or had any ties with state and local representatives who could have filled him in. (/s)
