Yes, thank you. I just had no idea that people could go to the polls and vote without proving who they are. That makes no sense to me. One person said they will be working at the polls and be watching, but what can they watch for? Someone comes in, says I am so and so and gives an address, she has no way of checking to see if that address is legit or determining if that person is who they say they are. Seems to me once the voting starts its all over.
In addition to the phony voters showing up at the polls, fake registrations are used to cast absentee ballots too.
Absentee ballots are good for more than that. Perfect for getting around the picture-ID laws in some states. Just drop them in the mail with the free stamps from ACORN. Very handy for nursing homes and senior centers too. The helpful aides will either help the seniors fill them out “correctly” or collect them all, sort out the R votes, toss em, and replace them with a ballot checked with all D’s.
