Rush used to be on shortwave.WRNO which i think is now defunct. But ther eare some other hug SW stations out there with alot of signal power.
Best make preliminary plans on buying an island with a consortium.
Build a short wave tower and begin broadcasting Free America from there.
The Dutch want to sell Aruba. Somebody might want to check if it's still for sale. Would need a private army though with Hugo within sight on a clear day.
