Wait a minute. You mean to tell me that a sitting Senator, running for VP of the nation, is disrespecting a citizen whose only fault was to voice his concerns about the party platform?
And these people want the small business vote and the vote of the working man? I hope every blue collar Dim sees this crap and votes for McCain. With any luck, they will have been registered by ACORN and can vote for McCain twice.

250K would be a modest 5 plummer business servicing a small community of people.

Well it depends on whether Biden is talking about a plumber working for someone else or a person who owns a plumbing business.He also mentions police,since when is a cop a business? A guy I went to school with has a plumbing business, he is nearing retirement now and hires about 5 people to work for him. He was making over 250,000 years ago. Bozo picked this 250,000 number out of his butt, I would wager that the average small business in the US makes a lot more than 250,000.

I don’t know about you guys but this story could cost Obama a lot of votes if it gets out there. One thing you NEVER do is question the credibility of average working people. Joe the Plumber is not rich by any stretch of the imagination. It proves, with a face and a voice, what we have been complaining about when it comes to O’s tax plan. Also, we can ask anyone in any major city how far 250k gets them. Small businesses will suffer greatly under this tax plan. The money will go to employees of companies like the ones being taxed. You think wages are low now? Where do you think those businesses will re-coup their higher taxes. Obama and crew are just plain stupid.
I wouldn’t mind seeing this post in Breaking News.

Tell me about it. We have to pay taxes on file cabinets that are over 20 years old.....year after year after year. Taxes on everything we use for the business.
You're right, he's never clarified it. Even if it was on a net basis, at 39% taxable income that is $97,500! So you end up with a little over 150k...Seems like a lot of money to many, huh?..I can tell you a small company like what Joe wants is a 24/7 operation...You live it and breath it...When you consider what the cost of living is in some states like Cali or New York...it's not that great. NOT TO MENTION IT'S GROSSLY UNFAIR! Pure and simple...SOCIALISM!
