i agree, the ones who aren’t supposed to be allowed to vote.
that’s who SHOULD BE DISENFRANCHISED.

Instead, they said they were granting Brunner's request because it appears that the law does not allow private entities, like the Ohio GOP, to file suit to enforce the provision of the law at issue.

Thank you for the link - it explains things very adequately. I am HAPPY with this decision because the SCOTUS’s hands were completely tied by standing. If they had ruled in the GOP’s favor they would be no better than the FL supreme court in 2000. This is a good, respectful, accurate ruling.

Hopefully the GOP can find a plaintiff. I’d love to know who can compel her to enforce the law, other than the AG of course, who is no doubt a dem as well and not about to do it.

All that said, as a resident of Ohio I am dismayed and appalled by the blatant voter fraud seemingly being orchestrated right before our eyes.
