My apologies. It seems to have been a full court decision, not just Stevens.

So... let me get this straight, the Supreme Court rules RAT voter fraud is A-OK?!

And what, in any sane society, could possibly be wrong with verifying that people who are registering to vote are who they say they are, and are actually eligible to vote? What kind of inverted, insane, upside-down non-logic can even the brain-dead RATS make to justify this? — Oh, wait. I guess they don’t have to justify ANYTHING, as long as they have their plants in the judicial system to shrug and say: “What’s the problem, dude?” and their friends in the MSM to report it any way they’re ordered.

We really, really, REALLY need to take our country back.

Livius is correct. FoxNews reported that although the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals would normally be reviewed by Stevens alone, it is his prerogative to bring the rest of the SCOTUS justices to review the case with him.

In this instance, Stevens did bring in the rest of the court. I think that was the admirable thing for him to do. It removed any doubt about what the full court would have ruled. I give him kudos for that.

I am perplexed by the full court ruling. The files of registered voters is now undeniably corrupted. What’s their answer to remedy that? Do they assess that it doesn’t matter, it’s too late now so we don’t change it?

I can’t imagine they would toss an election based on an inconvenience to a state’s elections staff.
