You beat me to the punch. I knew about the $2,3000 contribution to McCain, but not his comment that Obama is not qualified to be POTUS.
I went to find Powell's exact comment, and could not locate it. And I did find one example from July of this year where Powell described both Obama and McCain as qualified. So I guess I was mistaken. If so, my apologies to all.
