The MSM has not told the truth, Joe doesn’t need a plumbers license, he is working for someone that has one. He works for a company not himself. But of course the MSM leaves that part out.

Both Ohio and Arizona along with the other 43 states are members of the Driver License Compact which requires states to recognize suspensions in other states. If Joe wants to keep his OH license, he will have to take care of his Arizona tickets.
Even more, some states have such "liberal" laws where they can suspend your privilege to operate (you hold a license elsewhere) in their state if you get convicted of an offense which if it was committed there that can result in suspension or revocation. One state in particular is North Carolina. They are harsh on speeding and anything that is 15 mph or more over the limit and if the speed is greater than 55 mph or if the speed you were going was more than 80 mph, it is a 30 day suspension of your NC driver license or operating privilege. I had such an offense back in November when I got a speeding ticket in Missouri for doing 87 mph in a 70 mph zone in my Subaru WRX Turbo. I hold a Colorado license and they don't assess points for out of state violations but if NC found out, technically, they could pull my NC operating privileges especially if I was something like a college student attending school there.
With interstate compacts, licensing issues can snare people especially between states. My wife had her Indiana operating privileges suspended but yet, her CO license remained valid but she could not get a new license until Indiana operating privilege was restored with a reinstatement fee. All that was needed was $150 sent to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. How she got caught - she took a motorcycle class and went in to get the endorsement done and get a new license. They wouldn't issue a new license and told her about the Indiana hold.
So what if his license is suspended in AZ...Ohio has different laws...Big deal...a ticket...wow!!
