It is fortunate for this young woman that she probably was not really attacked - a real knife wound would have been very ugly, and this looks more like a scratch from a nail file. However, it is unfortunate for our McCain that she is a *probably* a nutcase willing to fabricate a story about a racially/politically motivated attack, because the media will only focus on this story, and not on the real attacks that ARE taking place out there.
I’d *almost* be willing to say that she’s a MoveOn.org plant - she’s been allegedly involved with Ron Paul’s campaign, and he was heavily (albeit unwittingly) underwritten by MoveOn in their unsuccessful version of Operation Chaos. That being said, if this young woman’s story turns out to be untrue (as it is beginning to appear it is) then we should throughly vet her to see if she is working for MoveOn.org in an attempt to undermine McCain...
