Very possibly true. However, with Roberts and Alito on the Court, their petitions will likely be denied since they have no standing on this issue.

True enough, but they will likely be there for the next 15 - 20 years - long after the whole Obama issue has (hopefully) gone away. While they may not decide the issue in isolation, I suspect that Chief Justice Roberts has a great deal of influence over which issues the Court will entertain and which they won't.

I could not agree more with you, especially regarding all the "keyboards" juridico Jumbo Mumbo crowd. The judge was WRONG and played the "Pontus Pilate Washings"!!!

Do not misunderstand I am not supporting the judge I am trying to place possible explanation(s) out there for people who are fortunate enough to have not spent a great deal of time in Court. I have spent many hours with lawyers and in court over the years as a United States Freedom Fighter (USFF.com). I have seen the craziest stufff in court much of which was legit and soem that was not.
