Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has fallen ill due to exhaustion brought on by his heavy workload, a close associate has told the Iranian state news agency.

There is a distinct possibility that the Iranian President has AIDS.
To explain, there is a quirk in Shiite Islam, that homosexuality strictly means oral sex. Thus there is no prohibition against anal sex.
The Shia religious capital is the city of Qom, and that city is rife with HIV and AIDS because of this belief. When new religious students arrive in town, within weeks they have probably been used for sex by several other males. There are almost no females in the city.
The Jamkaran mosque, just six miles outside of Qom, is the home of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s “Twelver”, apocalyptic sect. They are likely just as addicted to sodomy as are the other residents of Qom.
