You are right the 401k thing HAS to get more traction, in the middle of this plan they WILL keep 50% of our retirement if we die..... basically a 50% death tax and no one will touch this subject.

yah, thats the interesting part of this 410k to gra-they keep half. curious about taxes on the 401k-would the heirs have to pay a death tax too? that would leave loved ones less than half! now is a good time to run with this because his socialism is out there and a hot topic, this stokes the flames and makes it PERSONAL! what i dont understand (without a tin foil hat) is why in july he was purposing it (or sooner) when supposedly it is in reaction in part to the mtg. crisis and failing retirement accounts!
