Being pro-abortion and pro-socialized healthcare are liberal positions. That’s his history.

I oppose anyone who supports those things, regardless of what religious affiliation they claim.

I oppose Romney for those reasons just as I opposed Clinton for those reasons, even though Clinton called himself a Christian.

When their actions belie their words, they’re hypocrites and can’t be trusted, no matter WHO it is.

When someone with a history all of a sudden changes his or her position right at election time, my only thought is that that person is merely saying what they think people want to hear so they can get into office.

IOW, I think that they’re lying. Trust needs to be earned. It’s not earned by saying one thing and doing another.

Okay, I can respect your positions but I have a few questions. When you say their actions belie their words, how do you feel about Ronald Reagan? You do realize he signed the abortion bill as Gov. in Calif. You also realize that he increased taxes by one billion as Gov. in Calif. as well. Remember the Reagan amnesty bill? He championed the Brady bill as well. Do you want to talk about the Supreme court picks?

So, how do you feel about Reagan? I feel he was one of the greatest Presidents we've ever had despite these issues. You? Many trusted Reagan despite all this just as many trust Romney as well. Remember as well, Reagan was a Dem. just 4 years before running as Governor.

BTW, the Romney health care plan WAS NOT SOCIALIZED HEALYHCARE. His health care (i.e. hospitals, doctors, etc.) was not run by the government. Respected conservatives helped Romney craft it. Just the facts mam.
